"This is my second time to have insurance through State Farm, with Steve Harrington’s office. I had home and auto coverage through them about a year ago for a month; however, turns out I was not eligible for their home coverage because of our roof. I wanted to keep everything together so I got coverage through Liberty Mutual. And let me just say what a completely different experience that was. After replacing our roof through liberty mutual I knew I wanted to go back to State Farm. I got in contact with Sonya, and she was able to save us $100 a month on car insurance from Liberty Mutuals prices. She also worked with me to get the proper documents needed from my roof contractor so that I could get a discount on our new roof. After a month of service, I received a courtesy call from Brittney to see how everything was going and if I had any questions. This company and office truly cares about their customers. It feels so much more personal than other insurance companies I have dealt with."
